All donations made through the linked fundraising pages (PWA Toronto, Baycrest, Buy Me a Coffee, etc.) are processed by those organisations directly — not by this site. Once a contribution is submitted, it is considered final and non-refundable. If a payment was made in error, contact the receiving organisation's support team — they handle refund decisions on a case-by-case basis.

Tax receipts (where applicable) are issued by the receiving charity, not by this site.

• Email subscribers: we keep your email address and a confirmation timestamp so we can send ride dispatches. One click unsubscribes you and removes your address from future sends.
• Comments: the display name you choose, the comment text, and an approximate timestamp. No account needed; no IP address is shown publicly.
• Donor names & messages on the Honour Roll: only what you (or the fundraising platform) chose to display publicly. Specific donation amounts are not shown — only a coarse tier.
• No ad tracking, no third-party analytics cookies.

You can ask for your subscription, comments, or Honour Roll entry to be removed at any time — see "Your rights" below.

During an active ride, my GPS position is broadcast to this site by an app on my phone. The map shows an approximate live location while a ride is on. Between rides, location tracking is paused and the map falls back to the planned route. I sometimes enable a privacy mode that fuzzes my position when I'm at home, a campsite, or anywhere I'd rather not pin precisely. Please respect that — don't try to triangulate the live data.

Comments are open because this is a shared journey. Keep it kind:

• Be respectful of other riders, donors, and readers.
• No harassment, hate speech, slurs, doxxing, or threats — these get removed and the author blocked, no warning.
• No spam, affiliate links, or self-promotion unrelated to the ride.
• Disagreement is fine; personal attacks are not. If you wouldn't say it to someone at a coffee stop mid-ride, don't post it here.

I moderate at my discretion and may edit, hide, or delete any comment without notice. By posting, you grant permission to display your comment publicly on this site.

You can request to:

• Access the data this site holds about you.
• Correct or delete your subscription, comments, or Honour Roll entry.
• Export your data in a portable format.

Email subscribers can unsubscribe instantly via the link at the bottom of every dispatch. For everything else, email hello@temitayobtw.site and I'll handle it within a reasonable window.

This site runs on Lovable Cloud. Live position data comes from OwnTracks running on my phone. Strava year-to-date stats are pulled from my public Strava profile. Email is sent through Resend. None of these providers receive your email address or comments unless they're directly involved in delivering that feature (e.g. Resend handles outbound email).
